June 16th. Sourdough Bread. Today its Susan's time to feature. Her first loaf from a starter supplied from Angela. (Some starters have been going for 100 years ) The mice got to this one a bit quickly as you can see. Editor's note - very tasty, a wheaty finsh with pleasant after taste.
